Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final

Because our seed and liquid fertilizer are consumable growing products that cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our hands, Trophy Terrain LLC does not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges on any product once an order has been placed and shipped.

Please double-check your order, including the product, size, and shipping address, before you complete your purchase. If you are not sure which product or plot size is right for you, reach out before you order and we will help you get it right.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

We stand behind what we ship. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at sean@trophyterrain.com with your order number and photos of the product and the packaging. If we confirm the issue, we will replace the item or otherwise make it right at no cost to you. This is the only circumstance under which we provide a replacement.

Order changes and cancellations

We move fast to get orders out the door. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at sean@trophyterrain.com and we will do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.
