Trophy Trio Food Plot Seed
Trophy Trio is a fall food plot seed blend built for fast, forgiving establishment on small plots. It pairs two cool-season cereal grains, oats and winter rye, with coated Ladino clover, so you get quick green-up in the fall and forage that carries into spring.
What's in the Trophy Trio Food Plot Seed bag:
45% oats, 45% winter rye, and 10% coated Ladino clover. The oats come up fast and pull deer early in the fall. Winter rye germinates in soil as cold as 35 degrees, tolerates poor and acidic ground, and stays green through winter into spring green-up. In colder regions the oats will typically winterkill, and that is by design. The rye and the clover carry the plot forward after the oats are gone. The clover is coated to aid establishment, so part of that 10% is coating weight, not live seed.
When to plant Trophy Trio Food Plot Seed:
Late summer through early fall, ahead of your first frosts. It is forgiving of a less-than-perfect seedbed, which makes it a strong first plot for a new plotter or a worn piece of ground.
Who is Trophy Trio Food Plot Seed for:
The small-acreage hunter who wants a reliable fall plot that comes up green without a lot of fuss. Plant it, drive the growth with Buck 10, and keep it fed through the season with Even 7.
